How to transport the control id from development system to quality system in SAP Screen Personas 3.0?

These are regular table entries from tables /PERSONAS/C_CLOV and /PERSONAS/C_SCOV so you can use the usual CTS. You can go to SM30 and while maintaining the tables, you can add the entries you need to a transport request via Table View -> Transport
