Hi,
I am working on a Requirement, Rebate Agreements with Aggregate Tiers
From | To | tier base | Rebate | Rebate Accrual | |
1 | 100 | 100 | 0.115 | 11.5 | |
101 | 500 | 400 | 0.09 | 45 | |
501 | above | 0.075 | 75 | ||
Total rebate to customer | 131.5 |
The Business wants to give
> Rebate of $ 0.115 between 1 to 100 gallons of material A.
> Rebate of $ 0.09 between 101 to 500 gallons of material A.
> Rebate of $ 0.075 on 501 and above gallons of material A purchase.
if a Customer is purchasing for ex: 1000 gallons of material A, then he is qualified for all the aggregated rebate rates.
from 1 to 100 i.e on initial 100 gallons 0.115 rate is applicable
from 101 to 500 which equals to 400 gallons on which 0.09 rate is applicable and
from 501 to 1000 which equals to 500 gallons on which 0.075 should is calculated, and all together will make up $131.5 as customer Accruals.
Thank you so much i appreciate all your suggestions and inputs.
Regards
Sreeram
Hi Sreeram,
Typically only ascending scales are allowed, this also assures the users cannot type in incorrect or illogical values. Removing this ascending check (via customizing) means you can facilitate your scenario but there will not be any check executed regarding the scales you set up. These rebates are typically set up as ZRB3 (Graduate).
