Business Place settings in an Intercompany sales process

Hello All,

I am trying to execute an intercompany sales process and all the required configuration is done in my knowledge.

Now, when I am trying to change the delivery plant in sales order to that of other company code, I get an error "Business place not found for company code **** and plant ****.

Now, when I checked the config for this, I can see that we can only assign a business place to a predetermined combination of plant and company code which we assign in OX18 (plant-company code assignment)

Now my problem is, we cannot assign supplying company code's plant to selling company code and without doing that I cannot maintain an entry here. (Supplying plant - Selling Company code - Business Place)

Don't know what other options are possible to handle this.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi Mr. Lakshmipathi,

I checked this note but it didn't seem to be of much help to me.

Any other suggestion to tackle this error?

"Business place not found plant XXXX and company code XXXX"

I also tried seaching for a document which might help me explain configuration settings/steps for Brazil's I/C process, but no luck as yet.

Please advise.
