The SAP Passport was not installed in your browser. |

any idea?
Hi Antonio,
In this case the best approach is to contact SAP Support via an incident. This can be an issue with the browser or with the SAP Passport configuration.
Therefore if you agree with me, the correct component for such issues is XX-SER-SAPSMP-LAUNCH.
Cheers,

Dear Antonio,
Please follow the below steps :
1. http://service.sap.com
2. On the right side of the page "passport"
3. On the left side you find "Support Programs & Service " -> "Support Services " -> SAP Trust Centre Services" -> "Single SignOn with your SAP Passport".
4. On the right side of the page you can see a box " Service Corner" ->"Use the button below to apply for an SAP Passport".
5. On the next pop -up ,give your S- user id and password.
6. Click on "Apply for SAP Passport" .
Regards
Priya
