Hi Sridhar,

Check page 199 in this pdf.

In short, Native filters are the one created using the table and column names with SQL functions. E.g tablename.columnname = @prompt()

Business filters are created using the Objects already created in the Universe, instead of using the table, column names. Eg. @Select(Foldername/Objectname) = @Prompt()

Also, please check the user guide, that may have answers already to many questions.
