Hello All,

Automatic usage decision is marked in the material master & for this batch job is created & And also an inspection plan is available.

After the results recording the UD should be taken automatically by the system as indicated in the materials.

But this is not happened although all necessary conditions are met:-

• All characteristics have been completed
• None of the characteristics have been rejected
• No defects have been recorded, or quality notifications created
• The waiting time set in Customizing must have elapsed.
• Batch completed successfully.

Create variant in OQI8 transaction and Schedule the back ground job according to your required time (please take basis help for scheduling job).
