Is there any way to manager can see employee's expense sheet before approve

Hello All,

I need your guide line as per my costumer requirement, once user submit his travel expense claim and submit for approve to manager so that manager need to see his expense sheet then approve his/her claim.

Is there any way to manager can see employee expense sheet before approve?

In FI-TV there is a standard workflow based on the organizational structure that can be used.
