RFC call was not successful because of communication failure 'RFC destination ERP does not exist'

Dear Experts,

For all Fiori App's, we 're getting the error Service XXXX failed. Contact your system administrator. Cannot call service with URL: /sap/opu/odata/sap/XXX/ from the Fiori Launchpad. In error log (transaction /n /IWFND/ERROR_LOG), we found the error The RFC call was not successful because of communication failure 'RFC destination ERP does not exist.

Please find the error screenshot in attachment. Any ideas, please?

Have you correctly setup the RFC destination used in your system alias as given here - Managing RFC Destinations - Setup of SAP Fiori System Landscape - SAP Library
