ChaRM - How can I change the Requester for RFC

Hello,

I have been implementing ChaRM on Solman 7.1 SP13 and there is a requirement from the client to have the Requester field changeable.

In the Incident Management, it is possible to change the Reporter but not in Change Management.

Is this possible and if yes, I could do with some help.

Hello Deepak,

The Reporter field can be made editable by making the partner function "Changeable" in the applicable partner determination procedure. Also make sure the field is not a Display only in the corresponding Web UI Configuration.

Hello Deepak

Incident and Change Management have different transaction type like SMIN and SMCR in standard so in your copy of ZMIN or YMIN of standard you have to first check the assigned partner function procedure

goto dno_cust04 -----check here PROCESS_TYPE has what value YMIN or ZMIN this is ur transaction type

goto SPRO-> ...define transaction type and double click to check the partner procedure assigned here

goto Spro -> Parter det procedure.....choose the partner function reporter assigned here and then make it changeble or choose the tick

save it in transport and move it to solman production as per case

this should solve this issue
