Hi Abishek,
the column 'Type' does snot show the transaction type of the assigned object but what kind of CRM Business transaction it is.
So:
'BMIS Message' means Support Desk Message (like SMIN, ZMIN, SLFN, .. )
'SAIS Issue' means Issue (like SLFI, SLFT)
'SMCR Change Transaction' means an Charm object (like SMCR, SMHF, ZMCR,..)
In the third column 'Transaction Type' you se teh Short Text that is maintained for the transaction type of the object. In your case its for ZMCR : RFC:T... (more cant be seen in your screenshot)
Best regards,
Thomas

Hi Abhishek,
In addition to above,
as you want this for a specific project so goto Solar_project_admin and goto edit mode for ur project
now in the SAP menu choose settings->transaction types
assign here your custom ones and now it will be available for you in your project solar01 or solar02
hope it resolves

Hi Abhishek,
To add on to Prakhar's response, you can perform this in SPRO for all or specific projects instead of in Solar_Project_Admin for only specific projects.
In SPRO under Solution Manager --> Capabilities Optional --> Implementation/Upgrade --> Blueprint and Configuration --> CRM Transaction Types --> Restrict Business Transaction Types you can define the transactions types to be accessible in SOLAR01 and SOLAR02. Add an entry for Application SOLISWSTAB and Business Transaction Type ZMCR (project if left blank will make this entry available for all projects):
Note however, this will NOT change the displayed 'SMCR Change Transaction' value in SOLAR01 and SOLAR02 but instead enables you to include ZMCR Requests For Change as values for this type. The displayed 'SMCR Change Transaction' is generic for whatever transaction types are defined as above.
Kindest regards
Paul Maraijko
Hello Abhishek,
Yes, It is possible by maintaining the ZMCR in DNO_CUST04 for CHARM and/or CHARM_ADD.
CHARM: Defines the main CRM transaction type used for change requests in SOLAR01/SOLAR02. Possible values: CRM transaction type
CHARM_ADD: Defines additional CRM transaction types used for change requests in SOLAR01/SOLAR02. Possible values: CRM transaction type
