How to hold the value in the custom field

Hello Experts,

We have a requirement to add custom field in the Sources of Supply/ Service Agents tab in SRM portal. The Problem which we are facing is, if we switch between different tabs the values are getting cleared.

Are we missing something.? Any help is appreciated.

Hi Ann,

Please provide the steps that you have taken to add the field source of supply tab. May be the problem is in WD context binding.

So where are you trying to see the field ?

When you come back from tab 2 to tab 1 it vanishes ? OR you cant see it stored in backend ?
