0130 - Inspection lot not created at 101 (Subcont. PO)

Hi,

I have the following issue.

Master DATA:

Semifinished material with Inspection Type 0130 at material master QM view.

Semifinished material with usage 53 inspection plan.

I create a subcontracted PO (ítem category L) for the semifinished material and when I do the GR via MIGO, the system doesn't create any inspection lot for the semifinished material.

Hi CS

1. Please activate 0130 inspection type in Material Master.

2. Assign 53 as a task list usage.

Please make sure your screen settings should be as shown below.

I solved it activating the field "post to insp.stock." for inspection type 0130.

It seems is not a standard activation for this inspection type.

I think there are some confusions!!

The initial requirement said you are not able to create inspection lot itself, for inspection type 0130. But you are confirming that you selected 'Post to inspection stock', which solved your problem. That means, previously inspection lot was getting created, but stock was coming out at unrestricted use... isn't that correct? If so, please can you confirm if previously there was any issue in tracing the inspection lot which got after GR???

Hi,

Please check if your material has inspection type 0130 as "Active" indicator selected [QMAT-AKTIV]. If this was not selected before, please activate it now and then run a fresh case form start to confirm if that is working.
