listing/exclusion

Dear Experts,

We have scenario where 1 material listed for 1 customer. If we try to create sales order for other customer with this Material , system should not allow to create sales order .In short we have to restrict this Material only to 1 customer .

for eg : 728926 is listed for customer 5684

for customer 286 no listing/exclusion maintain.

If we try to create sales order for customer 286 using this material 728926 system should not allow us to create sales order.

we have try this , but system allows to save sales order for cust 286 with this material 728926.

can you please tell how this can be done?

Hi Neelam,

Infact this requirement does not come under Listing /Exclusion as that is the process of listing/exclusion against one customer to whom you can control what should be allowed and not to.

1.To meet your requirement, you may think of controlling through pricing condition records (just maintain pricing only to customer 5684, By this it will show warning/error message for PR00 pricing.

2.Else write a small LSMW which create exclusion for this material against all the other available customers .So that system will allow you to create sales order for only customer 5684.

Maintaining customer material, or any exit level changes may not be a suggested one.

Dear Neelam,

As per your example maintain listing of the material 728926 for the  customer 5684.

& maintain listing for the customer 286  for the material which he is allowed to buy(but not 728926) .

In this case customer 5684 can only order 728926.

& customer 286 can only order material B but not 728926.

Please revert in case of clarifications.
