GRC 10.1 Risk Analysis: No Report is getting generated

Hi Guys,

I have configured GRC 10.1 with RAR and activated the required BC sets/connectors. When I am trying to run the RAR on user/roles from NWBC, I get a blank grey page. We are on the latest Support Pack 12 for GRCFND_A..

Please let me know if there is anything else need to be done.

Dear Sidharth,

what report type do you run? Remediaton view? Then you need to check internet explorer compativility or gateway settings.

Otherwise make sure that RFC is working properly. It might be that the RFC user is locked or not properly authorized. Therefore check SLG1 if an error is reported.
