IDP mobile logon page

Hey Experts,

Sorry, I may be submitting this question in the wrong place, if so, please let me know.

We use an IDP for authentication to our Fiori Launchpad. I have customized the logon page with our company branding, but, if a user connects via a mobile device, they still get the regular, desktop logon page and not the mobile version. How do we "turn on" the mobile version, so that version will display in case a user is logging in with a smartphone or tablet?

Ok, I see, it is part of Portal on Demand. I guess my next question would be, if we are using this strictly for authentication and would not use Portal on Demand, is there anyway to configure it to use the mobile login jsp file? Or, would we just need to either, code it ourselves to open the mobile version? or just create our own logon page?
