SOST error 718

Hi Everybody,

When I am trying to send an email from SAP to external mail , the status in SOST shows sends the message with the number of message 718.

But mail is not received by recipient.

Could any one help me in resolving this issue so that mail is sent status is transmitted to recipient successfully.

Hello Pascal,

You will find anser in SAP note:   1714114 - SCOT: Exceptions for status request

System set status 718 if the application did not request receipt confirmation.

My issue is maybe solved. actually the status in SOST shows send the message with the number of message XS073 it's ok for the status. But I have an other problem is that the recipient doesn't receive this mail, I don't understand why...

Any solutions ??
