Customs declaration sent after saving

Hi,

after implementing the updates for AES 2.3 and GTS 11.0 our export declarations are send automatically to the customs authority. Before we always had to send the message to start the communication. How can we withdraw the new process so that we always have to send the message manually?

Hi Carsten,

You need to make a small change in the configuration.  In the IMG:

Customs Management

>> Communication Processes

>>> Define Conditions/Output Parameters for Communication of General Documents.

• In the left pane, select "Germany - Customs Processing - Export".
• In the right pane, select the relevant message type ("Declaration for Export").
• In the lower pane, change the "Processed At" setting to '1' (Processing using Selection Report), and save the data.
