Error "Unable to Find Template" When Entering Details in ZEVC

When Entering Shipment Details in ZEVC, I Have Recently Been Recieving an Error That Pops Up Saying "Unable to Find Template" at the Bottom of the Screen, Then a Pop-Up Appears Saying the Following:

"An Action Triggered by the Server Was Denied Based on a Rule.

Do You Want to See a List of the Actions Triggered in the Last Communication Step?"

Once You Click "Yes" a List Shows Up with a List of Errors (See Attachment)

Is There Any Way to Fix This?

This issue is related to GUI.  On the SAP screen, from top, click Customize local layout > Options > Security > Security Settings where there would be some option to deactivate this.
