Hi Sangamesh,
Please tally if the user with which you login and the one showing up inside the launchpad is same. Sometimes wrong trusted rfc/hardcode of rfcuser might result in the issue. It should be current user in SM59.
If backend release works perfectly fine, only issue i see is rfc configuration.

It might be easier to catch the error if you set an authorization trace on the user in ST01. I'd set the trace on both the backend and the gateway just to cover all the bases.

This seems to be some authorization issue in the back end system. Is the same user able to approve the requisition from the back end SAP inbox (SBWP)? Check approving from back end first and when you are able to do so successfully then test from the Fiori app.
