Retailnext API Rest integration

Hi,

We have an interface that PI needs to pull the data from RetailNext API and send to the target system. Shall I use SOAP adapter to pull the data from RetailNext API Rest? If so, is this same as normal SOAP receiver adapter?

As we have a firewall, external systems can't connect to our PI system, PI only have to connect external system. So I have a plan to trigger the BPM with some test message and then send a sync call to RetailNext system to pull the data.

Could anyone please suggest on this?
