Hi Gurus,
I have enabled the delivery note as a quick search criteria via config in the central confirmation POWL . Field is now visible but it seems to translate everything to uppercase and it seems to be case sensitive.
For example: If a do a search for ref doc "test" in lower case, the POWL flips is to uppercase and only results with "TEST" are returned. any other combination of the word lower or lower and upper case is ignored. If any confirmation has the word "test" is ignored in the result set.
Has anyone of you encounter the same issue? any ideas?
Any lead or suggestion is greatly appreciated.

what is the data element for REF_DOC_NO?
It should be BBP_XBLNR with domain XBLNR.
What is the definition for this domain?
If "Lower case" is not set, this means when you populate this field on the UI, output conversion is automatically done to upper case.
So, value is stored in upper case (BBP_PDHGP-REF_DOC_NO). As a consequence, it is normal POWL changes to upper case this search-field value...
If it is not the case in EhP3, use BBP_DOC_CHANGE_BADI to put in upper case REF_DOC_NO.
