Tester Cockpit : Test case not displayed

Hi folks,

I am trying to set up Test Workbench on our SolMan 7.1 SP12, but I encounter a strange issue.

When I try to run a test case, the test case is not displayed in the tester cockpit.

At contrary, SAP proposes to download or open in local the test document (.XLSX).

In the meantime, I am able to load and edit an XLSX document in the test note tab...
ACF component seems well installed, and I tried both Adobe v 9.4 and 11.

Is there any configuration I missed ? I did not find any SAP Notes related to this strange behavior...

Encountered a similar issue when upgrading from SP11 to SP14.

For us the solution was to upgrade the ACF component of the SAP Gui on the local machine to a more recent version. (ACF712SP00_48020006190.EXE from SWDC).

Hi Arjan,

Following to your comment, I desintalled and re-installed ACF Patch 48 (latest) but unfortunately, it did not solved our issue. I also implemented SAP Note for ABAP Corrections.

Besides, I had a warning saying that Adobe Document Services is not installed on our systems.

Is it required or is Adobe Reader in local sufficient ?
