Installation Export SOLMAN 7.1 SR1

Hi,

I'm trying to install Solution Manager 7.1

I need to download this files

Installation Export SOLMAN 7.1 SR1 (1/2), Folder EXP1

Installation Export SOLMAN 7.1 SR1 (1/2), Folder EXP2

Installation Export SOLMAN 7.1 SR1 (2/2), Folder EXP3

Installation Export SOLMAN 7.1 SR1 (2/2), Folder EXP4

Pls see attached picture.

Can anyone told me where can I download this files in SAP marketplace?

Hi Arman,

Even, I am beginner in SAP world, however, i can guide you in your initial steps:

Please goto: https://support.sap.com/software/installations/a-z-index.html

Then, select the letter S (to select later Solution Manager).

Then, go through the sub-menues by selecting the Operating system, Database...etc.

Then, you will get a list below the page (similar to the attached snapshot) containing all the media needed for SOLMAN setup.

You can, then select and add to basket , then download them via Download Manager.

Want to ask you by the way, which version are you using for SWPM ?

I am using the version SWPM_70SPPM10SP10, in my Windows 2012 R2 , but still did not succeed.

If you still have issues, please revert back, and I might help you further.

The problem is I can't find the list that you have in your picture.

Pls provide me the full path for this files.

This Is the my path:

A- Z Index | SAP Support Portal -> S -> Solution Manager -> Solution Manager 7.1

and I can't understand where  can I find the Media files.

Before starting the installation Kindly go through the SAP Solution Manager Installation guide and media list. Kindly refer the SAP link

Hi Arman,

This might be because of some rights in your SAP user you used to login.

I am having S-user and can see all the list i sent earlier using the link you sent me.

Please, check the snap i attach here, and be sure you scroll down once you select the OS- then the DB (like MaxDB, then go till the bottom of page, as the list is generated on the fly

The problem was in my "account rights".

I have built my own procedure for SOLMAN 7.1 SR1 Setup on windows 2008 R2 + MAXDB environment, after I have succeeded to install it.

I like that peaple can profit from it and avoid suffer like I did.

I've successfully installed SOLMAN 7.1 as well.

But I've checkout your runbook and it's really great!!!!!

It's very well explained and even shows where to download Media Files.
