500 SAP Internal server error.

Dear Experts,

With our recent upgrade to SAP PPM 6.1 from PPM 5.0, many of us are a weird error when we click on 'Project management' tab as shown below:

In fact, I search in SCN about this error and most of the threads talk about configuration but I doubt if it is configuration change because few other users are not getting this error.

Could you plese suggest me what is wrong in the system that such error is coming and how it can be fixed.

Hi Saurabh,

it looks like some customizing from client 000 is missing.

Try to start transaction /n/RPM/CUST_COPY and copy the following content:

/RPM/DASH_PERS: Dashboard Customization

/RPM/DASH_ROLE: Dashboard Attributes Override Table

INM_NAV_CTX: INM Navigation Context

INM_NAV_CTX_W: INM Navigation Context Workcenter

INM_NAV_INF_W: INM Navigation Information

Hi Saurabh,

it might be again occur on your productive system, but I never ran into this issue when upgrading vom PPM 5.0 to PPM 6.1.
