Factsheets are not displayed in Launchpad

Hi All,

I have completed my fiori Factshets(G/L Accounting Document and Vendor Accounting documents) are activated in both front-end and back-end service and roles are also assigned but these two are not visible in launchpad.

Note: Transnational Apps are not visible in Launchpad visible but not Factshets.

Please help me these two are very urgent.

Go to SICF node and check if this node is active :

1. BSCBN_ANF_FIN

2. Activate odata service : CB_VENDOR_ACC_DOC_SRV

3. See if this role is assigned in backend : SAP_FIN_VENDOR_ACC_DOC_APP

4. Frontend PFCG role : SAP_FIN_TCR_T

Also dont search with app name.

Try search like : Customer etc. If still you are not able to search.

Hi All,

Before Activation of services(both front-end and back-end). connectors status is like this.

after that i activated both services and assigned roles, but the app is not showing.

Please help me.it's very urgent.

Hi Nagaraju,

Search connectors relates to all the apps across fiori. So it is recommended that all required search connectors should be activated in one batch. Like below :

Please activate all the Search connectors and not only 2 as per your screenshot.

Hi Tejas,

I Tried to activate all search connectors in one batch. only few are activated.

Note: After creation of search connectors, we need to create schedule indexing, while i try to create schedule indexing only few are editable check boxes(Start immediately) others are disable.

If i am wrong, Please suggest me,which software component i choose for all activation purpose.

SAP_APPL is one of the example.

There is a background job which has to be executed.

ESH_<your client>_C_<unique code>.

Wait till the job finished or terminated, if it is  terminated, check the job log to see what the error message is and start trouble-shooting. If job finished in success, go to ESH_COCKPIT again and the newly created search connectors should have the following status: Status Active and Search is flagged.

Hi Teja,

My first problem is

I try to add fiori factsheet for (G/L Accounting document Odata Service: CB_ACCOUNTING_DOCUMENT_SRV) through /iwfnd/maint_service transaction. it shows the error is in below:

Metadata not loaded - See /IWBEP/ERROR_LOG in

backend 'ED1' - Metadata call for model

SAPAPPLH~STANDARD~ACCOUNTI NG_DOC_H~ was not

succesfull. ...

(Note: This Odata service(CB_ACCOUNTING_DOCUMENT_SRV) is present in/iwfnd/maint_service transaction but the same service is not present in SEGW Transaction).

Note: So many ways i tried but the problem is not solved. finally we raised the ticket to SAP. they suggest to implement NOTES:  2183730 and 2115744 then services are working.Now the above problems are going on.

Status should be "active". its showing error for all the connectors.

Hi Tejas,

My problem is resolved now.(Problem is in HANA Authorization Level )

Now i can able to see through Transaction Code: ESH_SEARCH only.

My Question is: How to search these apps in Launchpad..?

                        How to run these apps in Mobile and Tablet..?

If we need to fallow any steps..Please provide document.

Hi Nagaraju,

I have already shared the blog on how to search the factsheets app from Fiori search.

In gateway system, make sure all the ui5 services for factsheets are active.
