Doc original in content server

Hi, Can anybody help by suggesting a way by which to ensure that the document originals are sitting in the content server after check in. Tried using "DMS_KPRO_READ" but not sure whether this is the right way. Regards, Rajesh K Mohapatra

Hi,

You can check in 2 ways:

1. Check the storage category, And check the storage category linkage with content repository--> Then check the content repository settings in OAC0 and check the IP of that repository it should be content repository IP. Then it means the documents are stored in content repository.

Another method:

2.Get an help from basis consultant and take the screen shot of the content server used status ( like % of server used) then upload a document with more than 5-10 MB then check in documents and check the server status. and take the screen shot , you will find the difference.
