JDBC Error

Hello all,

I'm getting stange exception. After import the JDBC connection from my dev portal ( SP19 ) to my QA portal (SP19), I'm getting the follwing exception

"SAP_Portals][SQLServer JDBC Driver]This driver is locked for use with embedded applications." , The connection it self looks OK even the monitoring shows 1 default connection alive but when I'm trying to execute any select statement I'm getting the exception.

Please help.

solved it by replacing the jdbc jars

We are on NW2004S SP 10. Have the following error :

java.sql.SQLException: [SAP_Portals][Sybase JDBC Driver]This driver is locked for use with embedded applications.

Through VA, I had picked up the default jar files (P9util.jar,P9base.jar and P9sybase.jar) during the driver installation.

You said you replaced the files to resolve the problem. Where did you get the new files from ? Please elaborate as to what exactly you did ? Thanks.
