SAP JAVA doesnt start

Hi,

We have a double stack system but unfortunately JAVA stack doesnt start. On the logs this error is displayed:

We have tried to restart, remove the willy parameters , etc etc but unfortunately no luck

Does anyone know what could be happening?

You can check below traoubleshooting page for checking exitcode 255. You can select related links according to your system.

Hi,

Link you sent me is referring to SAP note 1015184 - Wily Introscope Agent for IBM J9 Hybrid VM  . On teh instance.propoerties, willy parameter is not present.

Did you find exitcodes going through the links?

What is the status of your system?

Can you send sapmmc screenshot?

From the log it shows normal,  If possible do the full system restart and then attach the latest log files

Have you completed the upgrade process?

if you have completed the upgrade process , the java engine is still running in safe mode.

Follow the below steps.

- Open the configtool

if your syncronistaion is correct with database , then config tool will open.

- Click on File-->Safe mode

- Select No from the dropdown from the safe mode option

- Save the value

Restart the sap system.
