APO DP - Populating a key figure from a numeric value in a navigation attr

I am using APO DP V5.

I have a characteristic which has a navigation attribute which is populated with a numeric value.

I have a macro which uses function ACT_IOBJNM_VALUE(X__Y) to read navig attr Y of characteristic X into a key figure.

But the key figure is not being populated.

Any ideas?

Hi Bob

As Harish says, that function only reads the value of the infoobject of the item you are currently planning and not a navigational attribute, so I think you would need to make this a full characteristic to use that function.

Are you sure the macro would read the navigational attribute?

i think that ACT_IOBJNM_VALUE(X) would read the value of the planning obj that is planned currently. Am not sue you can correlate Y with X in the macro.
