PI 7.30 SP7 : Cache Update Status - Not Started

Hello All,

We updated a communication channel but the Cache Update Status is not started ?

We even tried the Repeat Cache Updatye for notification but it still remains the same. Is there any other way to update it.

Hi Kiran,

The problem could cause because of RFC destinations. Please check RFC - INTEGRATION_DIRECTORY_HMI is having the right user (PISUPER) or user having access to below roles

SAP_SLD_CONFIGURATOR

SAP_XI_IS_SERV_USER

SAP_XI_IS_SERV_USER_MAIN
