Sourcing 10.0 - Reinstalling the Keystore in SAP E-Sourcing

I am trying to reinstall the Keystore in SAP Sourcing 10.0 SP09.

I was following steps as per SAP note # 1304005 - Reinstalling the Keystore in SAP E-Sourcing , but I do not see "reinstall_keystore.xml" script under fcieso.jar.

Navigation path with jar file:
fcieso.jar -> com -> sap -> eso -> odp -> install -> scripts -> product

It looks like SAP Note is referring to older version of Sourcin/CLM. Can anybody point me in right direction for reinstalling keystore in SAP Sourcing 10.0 version.

fciinstall.jar -> scripts -> product

Thanks you your suggestion. I wa able to run using fciinstal.jar file, but now when I try to access /sourcing/buyer/portal using enterprise user account I get below error:
