OK, the help for these fields is not really extensive. But is it that difficult?

"Change Product/Batch in Q Inspection allowed". Have not tested it, but I suppose you can change the product or batch in the work center. Just checked, the field for product is open and I can change the product. But it seems not possible with QM in the external system (like it is activated in your screenshot). And it would not make sense.

"Changing Quantity in Q-Inspection allowed". So, I guess you can change the quantity.

Yes,you are right I have had press F1 for this  and got the screen as follows .It cann't help much to understand it.
