Is there a way to Read only SCUM tcode? If so , which object is it to modify?

Thanks that is the correct AO, but when I just select 03 and test, the SU53 asks for 90 as well(copy). When that is selected as well, it allows modification.

start SCUM:

S_TCODE

RC=0  tcode=SCUM;TCD=SCUM;type=TR;name=SESSION_MANAGER;

Then press the edit button:

S_USER_SYS RC=4  SUBSYSTEM=*;ACTVT=78;type=TR;name=SCUM;

S_USER_SYS RC=4  SUBSYSTEM= ;ACTVT=78;type=TR;name=SCUM;

-->message 'You are not authorized to make changes' is displayed. SCUM stays in display mode....

P.S.: or your system is so old, that the corrections of note 1567650 are not applied yet (its form 2011!)
