Invalid Log Report in FF Log review workflow

Hi Experts,

We are in GRC10.0 SP21 currently. We are getting "Invalid Log Report" error when we try to open the FF logs and are showing blank.

The EAM log sync and workflow sync jobs are running fine. We are getting this error for only few FF logs(1 in 50). But would like to know the root cause of these errors and would like to resolve it.

Have anyone faced these issues earlier and got resolved? Please suggest.

Hello Kalyan,

chances to get this error,whenever we trigger the firefighter log synchronization and firefighter workflow synchronization jobs simultaneously.

SAP provided KBA for this issue.

Check and apply notes for correction.
