Host agent cannot be reached

Hello experts,

I updated our diagnostic agent to the latest version this morning. It worked perfectly until now. The only thing I did before it stopped working was managed system configuration of Microsoft Internet Information Services running on the same host. I checked host agent on server and its running there.

I would really appreciate every help.

Can you please upgrade your host agent

Ah... If you look at the screen ... its says "Host Agent Can not be reached"

Can you please click on error and see what it is showing there ?

I would suggest you to upgrade Host Agent

This is the latest log. And the second one is a log from the morning, I would say it definitely worked between 10-11? After that, I did some other config and it started throwing errors which you can see on first picture.

Hello Yogesh,

I re-registered Agent in SLD, did some changes in host_profile, again restarted both and after some time it started working again.

I have found same issue with upgrading my SAP solution manager to 7.2

I have done reinsall and it worked. I am still looking that why this is happening in system

If I find anything I will keep you posted.
