Testing of incorrect value in connector(through variant) GRAC_SPM_LOG_SYNC_UPDATE is successful

Hi All,

For testing, i gave garbage value: []'/;,. '  as a connector value , in the variant for the program GRAC_SPM_LOG_SYNC_UPDATE. But the job shows as successful, while it should not.

Could you suggest on this.

Hi Plaban,

Can you please mention the Version and SP level of GRC ?

if you are using GRC10.1 and SP level less than13, then you can implement the SAP Note '2264047'.

the Note description might be diferent but the peace of code which handles 'invalid connector' is included in this note.

raise an OSS and ask SAP for correction (exception handling and error message).
