Hi,
how to capture log for priority and category on transaction monitor?
I mean if someone change priority or category, we can find on change document (old value and new value).

In SPRO, go to node
->SAP Solution Manager
-> Capabilities (Optional)
-> IT Service Management
-> Settings for Processing Log
You can find two IMG activities there , where you can add different types of changes and fields to the logs.

There is one assignment block called transaction history from there you will get to know these logs.
