SAP Livecache Connection

Dears,

The Livecache is installed,and check the T-CODE: /SAPAPO/OM3, Tab: check, show red light on "Connect to LCA" as below picture showing.

Could who let me know how to fix it. thanks.

Dear Allen,

In transaction /sapapo/om17 kindly check if any inconsistencies are there.

once all the inconsistencies are cleared then initialize live cache again.

kindly reply if the issue has been cleared.

This is a new SCM IDES [SCM7.0 EHP3], I jsut installed it on Window Server 2008 R2.

Is it problem due to Livecahe server is NOT installation or.., Sorry, I don't know, could who help thanks.
