Thank you all for your help!

The issue is resolved now.

1.Unchecked the "Maintain Order at Runtime" in the Interface Determination (no need for EOIO QoS).

2. Cancelled all the messages hanging in the Message Monitoring.

3. Restarted the Java stack of PI to cancel the messages that were "Delivering".

Regards.

Hi Sharma,

Check PIRWBUSER user exist in the system (The SID number is showing in the error, if the SID R3D you need to check R3D system), if exist check the user is locked or not.

Praveen.

Hello Frnds,

I have checked all the above. Everything is fine.

The error in Message Monitoring

"Transmitting the message to endpoint xxxxxxx using connection File_http://sap.com/xi/XI/System failed, due to: com.sap.engine.interfaces.messaging.api.exception.MessagingException: Received HTTP response code 401 : Unauthorized"

Hello Paaras,

The user credentials maintained in the FTP receiver channel doesn;t have required roles to place the file in th FTP server.

Get the roles assigned by contacting your FTP team or maintain the approriate user credentials.

Hello Paaras,

Your FTP team should know it.

try login with the userdetails you have maintained in FTP using Filezilla or any FTP connecting tools.

Hello Paaras,

Is the ICO object?

in that case you can see in the SXMB_Moni.

check the message monitoring in the Runtime workbench.

then the channel monitoring.

If everything is fine check with the FTP team if any process/Job is deleting the file from the directory.

Hello frnds,

I have checked the SXMB_MONI, but the worst part is, I cannot see any file here.

File gets picked from Source folder, is placed in Archive folder and then it just vanishes.

Please help!

Hello Paaras,

Your not seeing in SXMB_MONI because ICO is configurer.

Click on that message and get the logs of error so that we can see what is the error.

Did you check Receiver channel status?

Also check adapter engine monitoring (RWB).
