The F4 button on some of the fields in NWBC is not working . ALL the necessary access has been given to user for this . Can anyone suggest what might be the issue ?
Hi Krishna,
Do you have Enterprise Search configured? You should check the search help behind those fields, if it has an exit call to ESH. If yes, it might be a missing configuration or a missing authorization. You can put a break point at the beginning of such exit and see what happens.
