The F4 button on some of the fields in NWBC is not working . ALL the necessary access has been given to user for this . Can anyone suggest what might be the issue ?

Hi Krishna,

     Do you have Enterprise Search configured? You should check the search help behind those fields, if it has an exit call to ESH. If yes, it might be a missing configuration or a missing authorization. You can put a break point at the beginning of such exit and see what happens.

Hi Krishna,

Maybe there is no F4 help for those fields. Can you please check in the dictionary?

f4 help is working for me on my system . Is this Issue related to basis ?
