disp+work.exe is stopped

message server is running

Just try rebooting your server and start the instance again it will solve your problem.

upgrade your kernel with the correct versions of SAPEXE and SAPEXEDB. most probably this would solve ur problem.

looks like problem with dll files.

which should be D:\usr\sap\QN7\SYS\exe\run\dbmssslib.dll

check whethere the physical file is available?

have you changed your kernel? then looks like you have not copied the database library files.

your R3trans -x is not working then your R/3 will not start.

check your trans.log file, you can locate this file from where you have ran the command R3trans -x.

in that log i noticed db connect failed.i think the main problem is at loading dll's. ?is there any problem with that dll file..

system should locate your database lib in folder D:\usr\sap\QN7\SYS\exe\run
