ECC v6.0 installation error : CJS-30022 and FCO-00011

Hi All,

I enconter the while <u><b>installing ECC 6.0 in windows 2003 server and MSSQL 2005 as the database</b></u>. The error occurs during <u><b>import ABAP phase ( exactly the Job name was SAPSDIC and this is the first job out of 19)</b></u>

The same issue has been discussed in this forum but for oracle( Please find the link below for it)Kindly let me know how to fix it and since the database i am using it is SQL 2005 i am really confused on <u><b>what should i change exactly</b></u>.

Hi Umesh,

Sorry for that i have not updated about the status all this time. However i am really very happy to say that i have completed the Installation of ECC 6.0 Successfully.

The mistake i made is that i have changed the default code page and this caused the error.

Anyhow once again thanks for support all these days.

The problem is since i have already installed solution manager in the same system the usr directory of ECC also registers all its files under the same directory of solution manager. For kernel it creates a seperate folder <SID> whereas there is only one <b>trans</b> directory. As already Profile for solution manager <b>TP_DOMAIN_<SID>.PFL</b> exists with other tp files, the installation of ECC could not overwrite it and this causes the issue.

Now let me know how to change the default installation usr directory to different directory

Hi,

Yes u r right. If u install two SAP release in One System in ur case ECC and Solman..there would be one usr directory wher u could find the SID's of Solman and ECC with one Trans Directory.May be its due to trans profile ..chk it out and revert.

I have already gone through this note. I have also assigned the environment variable dbms_type with value mss in both system variable and user variables. But even after that i am not able proceed the installation.

should i try with any other environment variables. since i dont want to give up i am trying it again and again. Also thanks for your suggestions all these days.

Hi,

Check the same in the registry.Also if u have the latest r3trans and tp, replace the same with older patchlevel antry once again

also chk the value of dbms/type in default profile, transport profile (TP_DOMAIN_SID.PFL)

I tracked out the exact problem. I have gone through the note 898181 and replaced the following files.

R3TRANS.EXE

R3CHECK.EXE

R3TRANS.EXE

dbmsslib.dll

dbmsslib.pdb

After replacing these files i have checked the r3trans.exe file using command r3trans.exe -d

Hi,

I have uninstalled the system completly and starting new installation.

The installation type which i am doing is central system installation since its an ides machine and all instances were in same host. Can i prefer distributed system for the same. If so whats the order which i should follow for the installation.

Its very urgent Help asap

Hi

As you are installing a Central System then no need to go for the Distributed System installation.

First install the Central instance and then go for the other instances if u need.

Go with Central System Installation, as it will install ABAP and JAVA schema on the same host.

hi

I got this problem solved, here what i did

first i stopped the installation

then i uninstalled SAP

then i uninstalled the Database

then i checked and cleared any entries in the registry..

then i deleted all the files and folder created by the installation programs

like the data base and SAP ( as much i could make out)

and again started the installation with central installation and custom type and not typical type and put the parameters and saved a copy of the inputs and there it was ready to go.....

my ides is now up and running fine

Hi

Please copy the export files agen in the particular folder where it has been copied. Replace the file which is giving error, possible that while coping the files from DVD you get error.

So i suggest you to replace the export file in the copied folder and try again.

I would suggest to start the ins from scrap, as u did almost everything to resolve this issue.

As the installation stops due to error you can replace the kernel files in the folder <b><u>\usr\sap\<SID>\SYS\exe\nuc\NTI386</u></b>

Just download the kernel from market place and replace the kernel files in the file system.

i am getting exactly the same error..
