Hi All,
We have completed service desk configuration and working fine.
We have users in ECC and when they created tickets successfully managing from Solman system.
But we have some users in Solman only and unable to assign the tickets to the users who are in solution manager and getting below error whenever we assign.
Error:
Partner test1 test1 (Message Processor) is neither an employee nor an organizational unit
Please advice.

You need to rectify their Business partners.
Go to tcode BP, give their bp number and then go to change mode, then assign the bp type employee.
Give the user id in the username it will prompt you as a mandatory field.
