Setup mail notification for list of critical action risks in the GRC for T-code usage.

Hello Everyone

I Need to Setup mail notification for list of critical action risks in the GRC.

Mail Notification should be send out the risk owner when critical actions are used by assigned users.

The notification should have system,user ID,access risk,rule ID and most importantly, the transaction that is being executed along with date and time.

Can someone guide me on this process.

Thanks for the program.

Now ,I wanted to know if this has to be customized only for critical actionquirement is only for critical action.

Also how would be make the required config in SPRO so that the alerts are triggered only for critical action.

Hi,

Create a variant, which contains risk ids for critical action, only, and schedule a job.

That is fine.

But how am I suppose to make this config in GRC,job is a secondary part to trigger.

but somehow this configuration for alert has to be maitained for Risk ID's in NWBC.

Question is how to do the same.
