Paystub like Fiori app - pdf in arabic

Hi,

am developing a fiori-like app similar to paystub V2 and want to place the pdf content on the pdfviewer control on the UI.

However, in the control, english version of pdf is showing correctly but the arabic version not.

Same time the "Open as PDF" works fine for all the languages.

Please suggest me to solve this issue.

Prashanth,

When the app renders within the browser, it uses browser's PDF viewer. When you open "as PDF", it uses Adobe's software. That is why the difference. Try in a different browser and see if you still have an issue. I would suggest you to upgrade the browser to see if it solves the problem.

Checked in Safari, Firefox, chrome & IE11 and we are using the updated versions of Browsers.still the same.

Need some more suggestions...

Hi Prashanth,

Configure your browser to load / render the pdf from the Adobe/Acrobat which is installed in the system not from the chrome in-built pdf.

Also try changing the language of the browser.
