Hello all,
We have done our production system restart morning today.
We have a issue now that RF scanners at a location ( around 100 users) are facing issues.
The issue is that after logging in through web disp , which they are able to , they should click on f1+ save for them to go to next screen where they can see options.
That page is not available through RF scanner s , but through SAP tcodes , they can access those screens.
Could restart be a cause , what else can we look at?
