Tax code Error

Hi,

i have been trying to create condition Record for Tax and following Error is displayed

recently i have seen one SAP Note-2088563 to nullify this Error message VK395

is it possible to clear this Error without applying the above note

Hi,

Are you using any Test system or Live system?

The Tax code with tax rate are created by Finance in FTXP . If it had been de-activated then the condition records will also be removed from A003 table.

Test it by re-creating in FTXP.

Yes iam aware they are created in FTXP and we are in the Test system

If possible ask you FI guy to activate tax code.

I believe even though you do it,you to create Condition record for it.

Why would you like not  to carry out coding corrections as referred in the note indicated by you?

In FTXP, you have the option on top "Deactivate line" and if you place the cursor against any value and click this, then that amount would be deactivated.  So go to FTXP in change mode, input that tax code and check whether the value against that tax condition type is deactivated.
