NWBC page is stuck

Hi All,

i am in GRC 10.0 SP13. my NWBC home page is stuck, i.e the page shows the tabs My home, Master Data , etc., But does not load its contents.

How to resolve this

Hi Plaban,

have you set the Zoom of Internet Explorer to 100%? Otherwise you will face a blank screen.

Do you have both NWBC and authorization roles according to the Security guide?

What browser do you use? Have you tried to log on using different browsers?
