ITSM email to reporter & Support Team with text log

Hi Experts,

I was able to configure the ITSM Email reply and tracking text attaching to the existing incident by following the blog - E-MAIL INBOUND CONFIGURATION- ALM: Incident Management - SAP IT Service Management on SAP Solution M...

Using the Mail forms is it possible to send the text log and the full description in the emails. I was able to capture only the Description, but not the complete text log. Is there any attribute for this.

Hi Vijaya,

The text logs can be added as Custom Attributes and can be used in the mail forms. The custom code required for adding Custom attributes are described in detail in the blog link provided below.
