Hello Experts,
We need to configure our SAP system for receiving mails from office 365..Kindly help
I tried using google apps and it worked fine since in google apps we can route emails to the sap sytem ,but in office 365 no routing is there .Only we need to setup connectors that too between office 365 and on premise email servers.Please help me in configuring sap inbound using office 365

Hi Sriram,
The document supports SMTP configuration for office 365..I would like to know how to receive emails in SAP (tcode SION) using office 365.
Also after doing a research ,this option is only available in google apps and in Exchange server(on premise) and not in Office 365 since it supports only routing emails to Email servers and not to no-email servers like SAP systems
But,I dont want to make this as a final possibility, checking if there are any other possibility for office 365

Hi,
As far as I know this is possible in CRM via groupware server. CRM <-> Groupware server <-> Exchange server (outlook, lotus note)
